- higher education in the field of accounting and audit, and (or) finance and / or economics, and (or) information technology / information security, and (or) law;
- work experience in the field of audit, and (or) control, and (or) accounting, and (or) finance, and (or) information technology / information security or an audit of information technology, information security, and (or) law - at least three years;
- knowledge of MOPPVA, international financial reporting standards, fundamentals of corporate governance, risk management and internal control, and / or international IT / IB management standards COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) / ISO / IEC (Information security management systems) ;
